About the Luisa Piccarreta Center for the Divine Will, Inc.

The Luisa Piccarreta Center for the Divine Will, Inc., hereafter referred as The Center is a tax-exempt, not-for-profit organization founded in May of 1994. Its chief personnel have been active in promoting the same goals of The Center since October of 1973.

The Center, its staff and close associates have a long history of recognized integrity of behavior before the Church’s hierarchy, and its clergy, religious and laity.

At the time of the opening of the Cause of Beatification of Luisa Piccarreta in November of 1994, the Center’s founder and president was appointed by the archbishop of Trani, (the archdiocese where Luisa Piccarreta lived) to represent her cause with the primary duty of collecting funds to support the cause and collect personal effects of Luisa, as well as perform certain other specific duties.

More than 40 bishops in various locations throughout the world have given their permission for The Center to make public presentations in their respective dioceses in the form of retreats and conferences directly related to the mission of The Center.

Two of the outstanding characteristics of The Center are obedience to the Church and accurate presentations of Church doctrine, both dogmatic and mystical, with special focus on the Church-approved writings of 20th Century holy persons who have been canonized as saints or who have been officially introduced to the canonization process.

The Center considers the most outstanding of these holy persons to be the Servant of God Luisa Piccarreta (1865-1947) of Corato, Italy whose extraordinary life and writings announce to the Church and to all human society that the fulfillment of the Lord’s Prayer has begun in our time with the Reign of the Father’s Will in souls on earth, enabling them to do the Will of God as It is done in Heaven—namely, to possess and live in the Divine Will as do the Angels and Saints in Heaven. This all begins in souls with the knowledge of this kingdom, provided most abundantly in the writings of Luisa Piccarreta.
